Download it right after generation, or anytime later from My Account, which keeps a full history of every certificate you've generated.

No. Signing in is passwordless: enter your email, we send you a one-time link, and clicking it signs you in. The link expires after 15 minutes and only works once. We never ask for or store a password.
Sign in at My Account to see your plan status, renewal date, and payment history for both Career Enhancement and Business Development. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled there in one click. Annual is a fixed, non-cancellable term, so there's nothing to cancel until it runs out.

Monthly and Annual both add the standing weekly agent and let you re-run your ledger as often as you like. Monthly can be cancelled anytime; Annual is a fixed, non-cancellable term billed once a year at a lower effective rate.
For Monthly and Annual subscribers, a scheduled function re-reads your latest saved ledger once a week, reasons about it fresh, and emails you newly generated next actions — with no need for you to open the app. It's the part that keeps working after you close the tab. Single Use ledgers don't include this ongoing scan.
Want it stopped? Cancel your Monthly subscription anytime from My Account — it stops future billing, and the weekly agent runs through the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Annual is a fixed term, so email us if there's a genuine problem.
Three of the four ledger stages — diagnose, roadmap, and actions — plus the weekly scan, run on Groq (OpenAI GPT-OSS 120B). The artifacts stage, which drafts your written assets, runs on Cerebras (Gemma 4 31B). Each request sends only what that stage needs (your facts and, at later stages, the prior stage's output) — we don't maintain a running chat log with either provider.

All NegoVitae™ payments are non-refundable on request — Single Use, Monthly, and Annual alike. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future billing, but the period you've already paid for isn't refunded or prorated. Annual subscriptions run a fixed, non-cancellable term and aren't refunded partway through.
If you open a dispute or PayPal issues you a refund anyway, your access — including the weekly agent, where applicable — is revoked automatically once PayPal notifies us.
Payment runs entirely through PayPal's own checkout. NegoVitae™ never sees or stores your card details — we only receive PayPal's confirmation that a payment completed.
