This policy explains what personal data NegoVitae™ collects when you run the diagnostic, sign in to save a Ledger, or pay for a Plan — and how the agent uses it.
| Who | What's collected | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Anyone running the diagnostic | The facts you type into the intake form: name, role/business name, industry/stage, years of experience or team size, primary goal, and your biggest challenge or bottleneck | To ground your diagnostic score and 90-day roadmap strictly in facts you provided |
| Account holders | Your email address only — never a password | To send your magic sign-in link, identify your account, and load your saved Ledger |
| Saved Ledgers | Your track (professional/business), diagnostic, roadmap, artifacts, and actions, plus your overall score, the plan the Ledger was generated under, and a SHA-256 content hash used to verify your downloadable PDF certificate | So your Ledger and its certificate are there the next time you sign in |
| Plan payment | PayPal order or subscription ID, capture amount, currency, payment status, and your account's plan and billing status | To confirm payment for your Plan (Single Use, Monthly, or Annual) and generate or continue the corresponding Ledger content |
| Session data | A sign-in token, stored in your own browser's local storage — not a cookie, and not accessible to us once issued | To keep you signed in for up to 30 days |
We do not collect your payment card details directly — PayPal handles checkout under PayPal's own privacy policy.
To generate a Ledger, your submitted facts — and, at later stages, the previous stage's output — are sent to Groq (running OpenAI GPT-OSS 120B) for the diagnose, roadmap, and actions stages, and to Cerebras (running Gemma 4 31B) for the artifacts stage, solely to generate that stage's response. Each stage is a single request and response; we do not maintain a separate conversation log beyond the Ledger itself, which is stored only if you're signed in.
If your Ledger is under an active Monthly Subscription or Annual Subscription, a scheduled job re-reads your latest saved profile and diagnostic once a week and sends the freshly generated result to Groq to produce that week's email. Single Use Ledgers are not scanned. No new information is collected from you to do this — it re-uses what's already saved to your account.
We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not use advertising trackers, ad pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. The one piece of local data the Service stores in your browser is your sign-in token, kept in local storage rather than a cookie, used only to keep you signed in. PayPal's own checkout scripts may set cookies under PayPal's control when you use their checkout flow; that's governed by PayPal's privacy policy, not ours.
When you request a sign-in link, we generate a single-use token, valid for 15 minutes, and email it to the address you provide. The token is marked used once redeemed and cannot be reused. We never create, request, or store a password.
Account and Ledger data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, contact us at the address above and we'll delete what we control; some records — like completed payment history — may need to be retained longer where required by law.
